The false murder case registered against the committee of Tahafaz e Hurmat e Mazarat should be revoked forthwith – Appa Syeda Hussain 

Those culprits who attacked the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah and humiliated the dignity of the Holy Quran and Alam Pak should be brought to justice – Address of Aapa Syeda Hussain to the meeting 

ISLAMABAD, May 16: The Anjuman e Kaneezan e Imam ul ASR Wal Zaman (PBUH) condemned the administration for not carrying any actions against those who attacked the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah, which is situated in the heart of Islamabad and humiliated the dignity of the Holy Quran and the Alam Pak; the Anjuman demanded from the government that while displaying the religious spirit and sense of honour it should bring the criminals involved in this incident to justice and should also recover the religious artefact from them which were stolen from the shrine. 

Aapa Syeda Hussain while addressing to the meeting held in the office of the Anjuman said that the attack carried out on the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah on 20^th April is not a Shia, Sunni or Beraelvi issue rather it is a matter of the dignity of the shrines and those who usurped these shrines. The administration should take notice of the insult caused to the Holy Quran, the Holy Prophet and His Holy Progeny (PBUT) and should deal with criminals according to the law. The false murder case registered against the officials of the committee of Tahafaz e Hurmat e Mazarat should be revoked, the real criminals should be brought to justice and an impartial enquiry should be launched to probe into the incident of firing outside the Aabpara Police Station.

The building project of the shrine of Bari Imam should immediately be completed and the shrine must be opened for the pilgrims; the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah should be renovated majestically; since the creation of Pakistan, these shrines are neglected because of their association with the saddaat families. The both shrines must be freed from the clutches of the usurp mafia and their historical identity must be kept intact; alterations to their identity no matter how minor they are will not be allowed which may cause disorder. She stressed on the government to stop the illegal distribution of 96 Kanal land belonging to the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah. The CDA and Auqaf are not allowed to use this piece of land for any other purposes because without the permission of the trustees its use is illegal according to the Sharia.
