Hazrat Zainab Binte Ali (PBUH) saved the dignity of Islam and the purpose of the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain (PBUH) Participation of hundreds of women in the Majlis e Aza at Imam Bargah Jamia tul Murtaza - Addresses of Dr. Khanum Zahra Gul and Sheherbano Naqvi to the Majlis e Sharikatul Hussain (PBUH) ISLAMABAD, June 8: In connection with the announcement of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of the great sister of Hazrat Imam Hussain (PBUH) as Ayyam e Shareeka tul Hussain (the days to remember the supporter and sister of Imam Hussain (PBUH)), A majlis e Aza was held at Markazi Imambargah Jamia tul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad under the auspices of Anjuman Dukhtaran e Islam and Ummul Banin WF. While addressing to the Majlis e Aza, respected speaker Sheherbano Naqvi said that the greatness of Hazrat Zainab (PBUH) could be imagined from the fact that she was taught by the holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) and later brought up by Hazrat Ali (PBUH) and Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH) and she accepted to scarify her Chadar (veil; head covering sheet) for the sake of Islam’s protection and stability. She said that the sounds of Azans being recited across the world exist because of the great sacrifices of Hazrat Zainab Binte Ali (PBUH) who along with Hazrat Imam Sajjad (PBUH)), the heir of the blood of Imam Hussain (PBUH), gave eternal life to the message of Hussainiat and therefore, no one could dare to alter the actual shape of Islam even today. Dr. Khanum Zahra Gul while addressing to the Majlis e Aza said that Hazrat Zainab (PBUH) is one of the most respectable and sacred ladies of the history and we must follow her pious character to gain her Marefat. The respected speaker Sara Jabeen in her address said that had not Hazrat Zainab (PBUH) completed the sacred mission that Hazrat Imam Hussain (PBUH) had handed over to her, the next generations would not have known about the true meanings of Islam and the purpose of the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain (PBUH) while the greedy historians of the Umayyad courts would have succeeded in hiding the tragedy of Karbala. Therefore, Hazrat Zainab (PBUH) stood firm and by mentioning about the oppression and brutalities of Yazid in her heartrending sermons, she thwarted the Yazidi conspiracy of transforming Caliphate into Kingship, as she made the public aware about the Umayyad conspiracies. Matam Dari was performed at the end of the Majlis e Aza.
